Every Major Cruise Line App, in Brief
Every major ocean line now has its own cruise line app. Below is what each official app says it does, from its own store description (checked October 2026). Features change with updates, so open the app before you sail to see what is current.

Getting the Most From a Cruise Line App
- Create the account with the same name and email used on the booking, then link the reservation number.
- Add every guest in the cabin, so each can make their own reservations.
- Complete check-in early when it opens, then download the boarding pass.
- Book popular items — specialty dining, shows that need reservations, excursions — as soon as they open.
- Join the ship’s Wi-Fi on day one to see the daily schedule.

The pre-cruise shopping side of these apps is explained on our cruise planner app page.
When the App Is Not Enough
Apps are convenient, but they are not the only way to cruise. If you do not own a smartphone, or the app will not cooperate, every service still has a human route: the line’s website for check-in and printing documents, the guest services desk on board, and printed or stateroom-TV schedules on many ships.
App will not log in
Check that the name, birth date and booking number match your reservation exactly; reinstalling often fixes cached errors.
Booking not showing
Recently made or agency bookings can take time to appear. Ask your advisor or the line to confirm the booking is linked to your email.
No phone signal at sea
Join the ship’s Wi-Fi network; most line apps open their onboard features without an internet package.
Older phone
App stores list minimum software versions. If yours is too old, use the website before you sail and guest services on board.
Cruise Line App FAQ
Do I need a separate app for each cruise line?
Yes. Each line’s app only manages that line’s bookings. If you sail with several lines, you will have several apps.
Can I check in on the cruise line app?
Most major lines offer online check-in in their app or on their website, and many issue the boarding pass there. Cruise Check covers check-in timing and documents.
Not Sure Which Line Suits You?
Apps are nice; the right ship matters more. Our cruise advisors at Mister Cruise will match the line to your trip.
